1. What you need for Android Phone
Your phone uses the same playlist login as your TV — one connection means one screen playing at a time. Have these ready before you start.
- Your Android phone connected to the internet
- 15 Mbps or more for HD — 25 Mbps for 4K
- Your playlist details — from the email we send after you order or claim a free trial on this site
- About ten minutes

2. Install Sparkle TV from Google Play
Google Play is the normal route on a phone. If Play does not offer the app on your phone, the next section is your backup plan.

Open the Google Play Store app on your phone.

Tap the search bar and type Sparkle TV.

Open the app page and tap Install — the player is free to download.

When it finishes, tap Open and allow the permissions it asks for to play video.

Then add your playlist in the section below.
3. APK fallback — allow 'install unknown apps'
Only use this route if Google Play does not offer the app on your phone. It takes two extra minutes.

Open our Download page in your phone's browser and tap the APK download button.

When the file has downloaded, tap it — Android will ask you to allow installs from your browser.

Go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps.

Choose your browser (for example Chrome) and turn on Allow from this source.

Go back to the downloaded file, tap it again, and choose Install.

Open Sparkle TV and continue to 'Add your premium playlist'.

4. Add your premium playlist

Open Sparkle TV and choose Add Playlist.

Choose Xtream Codes login — the recommended option, with the most reliable EPG and categories.

Type the server URL exactly as it appears in your email.

Type your username and password — case-sensitive, with no spaces before or after.

Name the playlist (for example 'Sparkle TV Premium') and tap Save.

Prefer M3U instead? Choose M3U, paste your full M3U link from the email, and name the playlist.

If the player asks for an EPG URL, paste the one from the same email.

Wait 1–3 minutes while the channels and guide download on the first load.

5. Check your channels
Three quick checks confirm the setup worked. The last two protect your data allowance.

Open Sparkle TV and let the playlist finish loading.

Play a live channel for a minute.

Open the guide and check the times look right for your time zone.

Start a movie or series from the library.

On Wi-Fi, leave playback quality on Auto.

On mobile data, drop the quality to HD in the player settings — on a phone screen it still looks sharp, and it protects your data allowance.
6. Troubleshooting — buffering, login and data fixes
Almost every setup problem is a mistyped password, a playlist pasted with a missing character, or weak Wi-Fi. Work through these fixes in order — they solve the vast majority of first-time setups.
- Login rejected (401 / invalid): re-type the Xtream Codes username and password slowly — check capitals and extra spaces.
- Blank or missing channels: refresh the playlist in the player's Settings, and check the M3U URL was pasted in full.
- Buffering: test your speed (15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K), restart the app and the router, and use the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band or a wired connection where you can.
- Empty EPG: refresh the guide and confirm your time zone is set correctly.
- Video stutters only on mobile data: your carrier may be limiting video, or the signal is weak — switch to Wi-Fi, or lower the quality setting to HD and test again.
- APK will not install: check 'Allow from this source' is on for the exact browser or Files app you opened the file with.
