If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use this website or arrange access through it. These terms form the agreement between you and this website in relation to that access.

Sparkle TV is a player app developed and owned by its own developer, and this website does not own, operate or control that app. What this website does is arrange subscription access for use with compatible player applications and devices: subscription access is arranged through this website and supplied through independent third-party providers, for the duration and number of devices you choose at checkout. This website does not host the channels or content you access, and it is not the developer of the player app.

You are responsible for keeping your access details safe and for all use made through them. Do not share your details publicly or outside your household. Your plan covers the number of devices you chose at checkout (for example, 1 device or 2 devices); using access on more devices than your plan allows, or sharing it beyond your household, may lead to suspension. Tell us promptly via the Contact page if you believe your details have been compromised.

Subscription access arranged through this website is for your personal, non-commercial household use only, and only where such use is lawful in your location. You agree not to restream, record for redistribution, resell, or otherwise make access available to the public or to paying third parties. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply where you live.

Plans are prepaid in USD for the duration and device count you choose at checkout — 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, on 1 device or 2 devices. Your access runs from activation until the end of the paid period. Prices shown at checkout are the prices for that period; prices may change for future periods, with any change shown before you pay again. A free 24-hour trial may be offered — one per user, with no payment details required to request it; free trials are not refundable and may not be available on live match days. Refunds for paid plans are handled under our Refund Policy.

Access details are delivered by email instantly after payment clears. If the email has not arrived, support can check the status of any order.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information this website collects, how it is used and who it is shared with, and it forms part of these terms. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge that policy. If there is ever a conflict between these terms and the Privacy Policy on a privacy matter, the Privacy Policy applies to that matter.

The Sparkle TV app, and all channels, programmes, films, artwork, logos and other content accessible through subscription access, belong to their respective owners — including the app’s developer, channel and content owners, and device and platform owners. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you, and names and marks are used only to describe compatibility and the service. This website’s own text and design belong to this website’s operator and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Subscription access is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep access available and stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service: availability and quality also depend on independent third-party providers, your device and your internet connection, which are outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with access arranged through this website is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. See also our Disclaimer.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The version published here applies to your use of this website and to access arranged through it; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will not remove rights you have already paid for during a current paid period.
