Refund Policy
Paid plans arranged through this website carry a 7-day money-back guarantee — how the guarantee works, how to request a refund, how refunds are paid, and what is not covered.
Sparkle TV is a player app developed and owned by its own developer. This website does not own, operate or control that app. Subscription access is arranged through this website and supplied through independent third-party providers. This policy covers only paid plans arranged through this website — it does not cover purchases made elsewhere, including inside the app itself (see Section 7 on Sparkle Plus).
At a glance
- Paid plans carry a 7-day money-back guarantee from the start of the paid plan.
- Free 24-hour trials are not refundable — there is nothing paid to refund.
- Request a refund via the Contact page, with the subject “Refund”, your purchase email, purchase date and invoice number.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Sparkle Plus is not covered by this policy.
The 7-day money-back guarantee
Paid plans arranged through this website carry a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy within the first 7 days of a paid plan, contact us following the steps in Section 3 for a refund of that plan. The guarantee applies to the paid plan itself, and the 7 days run from the start of the paid plan — not from any free trial before it. Duplicate payments and billing errors are always refunded in full, at any time.
Free trials are not refundable
The free 24-hour trial is free, so it is not refundable — there is no payment to return. We encourage every customer to use the trial first, on your own device and connection, before paying for a plan. Trials are limited to one per user and may not be available on live match days.
How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Go to the Contact page.
- Use the subject “Refund”.
- Include your purchase email (the email address used at checkout), your purchase date, and your invoice number.
- Briefly tell us why you are requesting a refund, so we can process it — or fix the problem, if you would prefer that.
Requests with those details included can be processed fastest. You can also email support@sparkletvplayer.com directly with the same subject and details.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout — we cannot refund to a different card, account or payment service. Once approved and issued, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will confirm by email when your refund has been issued.
After the first 7 days — case by case
After the 7-day guarantee window, refund requests are considered case by case. We will look at what happened — for example, whether access arranged through this website could not be set up at all, or was unusable for a sustained period for reasons on the provider side that support could not resolve — and may offer a refund for the unused portion of the plan where that is fair. A working plan that has simply been used, or a plan period that has fully elapsed, would not normally qualify.
What is not covered as a refund
Problems caused by your device, your internet connection, or third-party services outside the access arranged through this website are not covered as refunds — for example, a device the player does not support, broadband that is too slow or unstable for streaming, or an outage in a third-party app or service. That does not mean you are on your own: our support team will troubleshoot with you, step by step, and will keep helping to get you watching. Contact us via the Contact page and describe the problem — most issues are fixable.
Sparkle Plus is not covered
Sparkle Plus is the app’s own in-app upgrade. It belongs to the Sparkle TV app and its developer, it is bought inside the app (for example, through Google Play), and it is not sold or activated through this website. For that reason, Sparkle Plus purchases are not covered by this Refund Policy, and we cannot refund them. Questions or refund requests about Sparkle Plus must go to the app’s developer or to the store where you bought it, under that store’s policies.
